Celebrated for its pleasant flavor, Litti Chokha is a Bihari specialty where the Little is made of whole wheat flour, packed with sattu (powder made out of black chana), herbs and seasonings and baked over coal or cow dung cakes and then eventually sprinkled with desi ghee. Litti Chokha is a wholesome and healthy combination because it does not have too much cooking oil added to it.
